I’m excited about these homemade croutons, and I’ll tell you why. I’m celiac (gluten-free) and our grocery store always sells out of the boxes of croutons, and they’re rather expensive. But I love croutons on my salad, so I decided to try making my own, and they are not only cheap as anything, but they’re super easy!
I’ve been suffering crouton-less for nothing!

Ingredients:
2-3 cups of diced bread
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Costco gluten-free Garlic Plus seasoning
2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Dice up some bread, and drizzle the olive oil on top and mix in a bowl until all of the bread is coated. Then sprinkle your seasoning on top and stir again.
Put on a dry cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Stir them up a little bit half way through.
And done!

I hope you are finding delicious meals and great ways to enjoy your summer! Maybe my books can be a part of your relaxing hours, too.
Happy reading!
