I took a week off. It’s hard to call it a real vacation because Mr. Johns was still working, but our son had the week off of school, so I decided to join him.

I did a lot of reading, lounging around, and teaching our son how to drive. And then one evening after getting back from seeing our friends in the country for the day, I turned around and saw these clouds…

Clouds always make me feel hopeful, somehow, and I wanted to share them with you.

Also? My friend in the country has the cutest puppy! His name is Ghost. His hobbies include chewing things and asking for treats. He’s good for the soul, too!

I hope you’re all managing to get some rest and relaxation time. Maybe one of my books will be a part of your me-time. Take a look at my backlist–you never know! You might find your next read. ๐Ÿ™‚

Happy reading!
