My Welcome Wreath

I love having a wreath on my front door. We live in an apartment, but that doesn’t stop me from making our entrance pretty. The main problem we have with seasonal decor is the storage issue. Without a basement, where do you put it all?

Well, I have a solution! Not only is it economical with space, but with money, too!

I use a plain grapevine wreath that I decorate for each new season. They’re relatively inexpensive, and by the time the season changes, the seasonally appropriate floral sprigs are at least 40% off at Michaels! Every season I get something fresh for the wreath, and when the silk flowers start looking old and mashed, I replace them. I have a large ziplock bag up in a closet that holds the fall/winter decorations.

This is my spring wreath. It may end up being my summer wreath, too, because I like it. 🙂

I hope you’re finding ways to make your home and life beautiful, too… including getting that “me time” to refill your well. Maybe my books can be part of that!

Happy reading!
