Seasoned Potato Wedges

I love potato wedges. They are fast and absolutely delicious! I make these as a snack from time to time, or just on the side of a meal. My family devours them.

They’re easy, too! If you follow me at all, you know that I’m all about easy cooking. These have three ingredients.

Ingredients:

~potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
~1/2 cup of oil
~seasoning of your choice (I like Clubhouse Smoked Paprika and Onion.)

Directions:

Wash and cut your potatoes. Put them in a bowl. Add the oil and make sure all your wedges are coated in oil. Then sprinkle on your seasoning and keep mixing to make sure all your wedges are also coated in seasoning.

Put them on a pan (or in a turkey roaster, if you’re me!) and put them in the oven to bake at 400F. Leave them for about 20-25 minutes. When they start looking browned, pull them them out, turn them, and put them back in the oven. This time put the oven on Broil for about 5-10 minutes until the other sides of the wedges are also toasted.

Then you’re ready to eat!

Tips:

1. Any seasoning you like will do! Seasoning salt is nice, and pretty much any spice mix that’s intended for chicken makes for amazing potato wedges!

2. They’re especially good if you dip them in a mayo/minced pickle mixture. Try it… your life will be complete! 😉

I hope you enjoy my recipes. I also hope you’ll look for my books! If you’ve enjoyed some of my sweet romances, also check out my backlist. I have about 40 books out under my name right now–you might find your next read!

Happy reading!
