Thumb Print Pies

Once upon a time, I was making pie and made way too much pie crust… This is a problem I have from time to time, and this time around I tried something new.

I call them Thumb Print Pies!

They are easy peasy!

Roll up a small ball of pie crust. Put a thumb print in the center, and fill it with jam.

Bake at 375F for about 15 minutes.

If you’re looking for a way to use up pie crust, this is a great way to do it!

Happy reading!
